Dave

Hey Dave, here I will collect notes for you, when needed. Just click on the file name and a .zip file will start downloading.

Usually, inside the .zip you will find a pdf with the notes, together with a .mscz file that you can open with a FREE software called MuseScore. When opening those files in MuseScore, you can play the exercise on your computer so it is very useful to remember how things sound like, and by double clicking on the TEMPO (the “note=number” sign on the left side of the composition’s beginning ) you can vary the number to play it at faster or slower tempos -higher number equals to faster tempo.

Hope this helps!
